Jessica Simpson enjoyed a girls’ night out in Los Angeles after shutting down rumors that she was drinking again.

“STOP DRINKING!,” the user boldly wrote under the black and white photo.

“I haven’t wanted or touched alcohol since October 2017 and it was the best decision I made for myself and my family,” Simpson replied.

The Instagram user responded to Simpson’s comment and apologized profusely, writing, “So glad to hear that!! Sorry for my misunderstanding.”

In his 2020 memoir, “Open Book,” the “Dukes of Hazard” star revealed that he was addicted to pills and alcohol.

She said she was about to hit “rock bottom” in 2017 after she drank too much at a Halloween party and couldn’t dress her children. After that incident, he decided to make some changes in his life.

Since then, the “With You” singer has openly celebrated her virginity.

In 2021, Simpson celebrated her fourth year of sobriety by sharing an “unrecognizable” photo of herself from November 2017, in which she looked bloated and unhappy.
